First-Year Student Assistants
First-Year Studies student assistants aid the administrative specialist in welcoming students, staff, and all visitors to the First-Year Studies office and assist in answering telephone inquiries. The student assistants are responsible for providing professional, courteous, and accurate information.
Student assistants also make deliveries on campus and perform general administrative duties as assigned by the administrative assistant and other First-Year Studies staff, such as filing, word processing, data entry, and Internet research.
